Actually, "You like [insert food you hate]" is a hypnotic suggestion that's likely to work...sort of. In a short term, single session, you'd probably go ahead an eat it and act like you like it, but you'd still be aware that you don't really like it.
As for long term suggestion, I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to change your tastes via hypnosis, but it probably depends on your own suggestibility.
