I, myself, am not gadgety in the slightest, but my family was, especially my dad and my ex-military grandpas. My dad is still very gadgety.....he's got three Gameboys and lives for the gadgets on ebay. Here's what we've owned (still own.....I've got a Bedazzler, you bet your bootie!!!):

100. NSI BEDAZZLER, 1970s
98. PEZ DISPENSER
97. MATTEL INTELLIVISION
94. SCHICK ELECTRIC RAZOR (got a lady schick for Christmas in 8th grade!)
92. POPEIL POCKET FISHERMAN (from my grandpa!)
90. MAELZEL METRONOME
89. RUBIK'S CUBE
88. BLACK & DECKER DUSTBUSTER
86. TAMAGOTCHI
85. HOHNER HARMONICA (Cass plays hers EVERY day..ugh!)
ALLIANCE GENIE GARAGE DOOR OPENER, 1954
80. FISHER SPACE PEN (again, from my grandpa)
77. HASBRO LITE-BRITE
75. LASER POINTER
72. MASTER LOCK PADLOCK
71. TYCO TOYS TICKLE ME ELMO

69. CUISINART FOOD PROCESSOR
68. NOKIA 5100 SERIES CELL PHONE I had a Mickey mouse cover
67. LEATHERMAN PST (It's a rule in Oregon...you must own 7 of these)
64. U.S. ARMY P-38 CAN OPENER (OMG--we had one of these in every room when I was little!!!)
63. MAGLITE FLASHLIGHT (I remember buying 1 for my dad once)
62. SONY WM-F5 SPORTS WALKMAN (lived in this)
61. MOTOROLA BRAVO NUMERIC PAGER (my dad lived for his)
57. MATTEL MAGIC 8-BALL (I still have one, and a Date Ball, too!)

50. ETCH-A-SKETCH (still have one)
48. SONY DIGITAL MAVICA MVC-HD5 (I STILL use my Mavica with the floppies!!! )
46. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SPEAK & SPELL (my sis and I still do the voice!)
44. FUZZBUSTER (dad and grandpas lived for it)
40. FALCON DUST-OFF (grew up with this....now we use it for the DVD player)
29. JOSEPH ENTERPRISES THE CLAPPER (hahaha, it's in our White Elephant gift pile in the closet....perhaps I should go plug it in!)
25. NINTENDO GAME BOY, 1989 (my sis and I each got one the year they came out....so my dad could use our Nintendo to play Mario and we could play Tetris!!)
23. TELEPHONE
20. SWISS ARMY KNIFE
9. ATARI 2600
3. SONY WALKMAN (still have it, it weighs five pounds and stopped working about ten years ago, but I could NEVER part with it!)

We had a VCR very early on...way before anyone else we knew had one, but not the one in the article. Our first CD system was a JVC.....I was in jr. high or late elementary school when we got it.

They forgot the microwave! Who could live without a microwave??

Miles: It tastes like the back of a f*ing L.A. school bus. Now they probably didn't de-stem, hoping for some semblance of concentration, crushed it up with leaves and mice, and then wound up with this rancid tar and turpentine bull****. F*in' Raid.
Jack: Tastes pretty good to me.
