Well, I just had a "nice" 4 day stay in hospital because of chest pains.
The blood
troponin levels in the 3-4 tests over the weekend all indicate no damage happening in the Myocardium (Heart Muscle Tissue) indicating that the pains are likely
not from a heart attack.
From every indicator so far (including an alarming demonstration of laxative use

) the pains seem to be related to Gastric Reflux or similar osophageal origin. (Looks like I'll be having a nice cold scoop of
Pepto Bismol Icecream with that Corn Dog)
Two more tests to go, this time a resting and a stress test using dye to show the blood delivery to the heart muscle. It will show that the blood supply to the heart is normal. Then we will not have to cancel any portion of the trip. Yay.
Then it's off the the Gastroenterologist. Le Sigh. I hope I don't end up with a Ham replacing my osophageal sphincter.
Love & Missed you all !
