I forget, is Les Miserables still playing at the Palace Theatre? If so, do not miss it - that production was designed for that theatre, and it shows. The stage is ginormous. Seriously.
Also, have dinner one night at the Ivy in Covent Garden.
Definitely catch the London Dungeon, as I said before, it's a short walk across the bridge (and a couple blocks) from the Tower of London, so you can see those in the same day.
BTW: you cannot carry a backpack in Harrod's. I know you're not really the backpack type anyway, but just FYI.
