The only thing you can get from meat that you can't get from veggies is B12.
MF- Since August. A little sick. I got pretty light headed, oddly. Then a bit nauseous. But nothing like the time I took a bit of something that I didn't know contained bacon. I don't plan on repeating the experience anytime soon. I'll still eat like a vegan.
