I have a skirted suit I will never again wear. If you lived closer and it fit you, you could totally borrow it.
I was going to suggest maybe you could wear a nice long skirt with a blouse and a top from a suit you already have, but I think better advice might be to protest such a stupid dress code by not going.
Would they turn you away if you showed up in pants?
