Indeed.
It's all about "who you get." Clearly, I got the bottom of the barrel. I honestly can't say enough how happy I am with Terence. Bad news is fine, as long as I feel like I've been treated like a person who can think and reason for herself.
I know when I got on the phone with him, I must have sounded about ready to snap (a few things in the non-cable-TV parts of my life transpired in a negative direction) - and he handled it with ease. I'm sure I probably shocked him with how grateful I was that he actually explained things to me.
I'm still glowing about the otherwise crappy news (a.k.a. there really are charges) 5 hours later. That's lame. Or I've just had a bad day, which makes this bit of honesty all the better.
