I'm drinking my tea right now as I get ready for bed. But it is something called "Natural Calm". It makes you feel so nice and calm and ready to sleep. I add lemon and honey to it. It's GREAT!
Oh, and for the chemists out there it is just Soluble Magnesium Citrate. Helps keep your Magnesium levels correct, which also helps with leg aches when you also take calcium.
