I guess the important thing might be to take stock in what's happening, etc. Sometimes, when things get really bogged down, I have to take a few moments out to write things out, or just stare at the ceiling and think about it all. Take the things that are most unsettling, aggravating, unhappy and write them out, or just list them in your mind. What goals do they meet? Is it making you money? Making contacts? Educating you in some way? Anything is tolerable so long as there's a positive end goal that means a lot to you, IMO. It's probably time to take stock.
Be careful for no burn-out, though. Always make time for yourself, and that doesn't mean spa trips and pedicures (though it could, and that sounds nice...). Just take the time to relax - it sounds like you have a busy life, and I hope you don't bury yourself under all that it seems you have going on!
