I still do mostly run/walk. You might try that strategy for longer runs. I have been trying to go longer without walking, but I did the marathon on 8 minutes run/2 walk.

My asthma has gotten a lot better as an adult, but I still use my inhaler before I go for a run. That helps me a lot. Sorry to hear yours is such a bother.

I have a feeling registration for this will fill up quickly once it opens. I may combine this with a ticket to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and make it a weekend.
