Mousey Girl, I am so very, very sorry. I went back to read all of your posts, and my heart truly hurts. I wish I could take all of this away from you. You certainly don't deserve this.

You are not going to lose Nick. Courts almost always favor the Mother. Without going into painful detail, my Mom & Dad went through the ugliest court/custody battle over me and I got to witness all of the stomach-turning action first hand.

Having said that, (please forgive me Lord) set his sh*t on fire and tell the a-hole to go f*ck himself, because good things don't hurt. You got the absolute best part of him- your beautiful son. In the words of that brilliant sage, Justin Timberlake, what comes around goes around. I got my comeuppance once not that long ago, and in retrospect, I really deserved it. It set me straight after spiraling down the black rabbit hole for a long, long time, and boy howdy it HURT.
