I didn't get to chat up the Manager but I think I know who you're talking about. He was pretty "loud" and was really enjoying himself with the shoppers.
The venue was ok. It was just a stage in a grassy area with pretty flimsy plastic chairs. Thankfully this year they didn't tie them all togeather, the just went in two's and the space between is zilch so you're practically sitting on your neighbor's lap. I suggest having a pocket knife to separate them, as the folks around me did. Also, I was pretty far back but the view was still really great and the sound was very good compared to an inside venue I was at last week.
The bad part was the weather this time around. We got some drizzle for a few songs, but it was bearable. In past times, the weather was fine. They, of course, sell all the hot beverages, so that helped.
