Also brandied bananas. Soak peeled bananas in some brandy for about 20 minutes, then lightly dust with cinnamon and sugar, wrap in foil, and throw on the grill for a few minutes.

This is an excellent point, and one that I've witnessed on large group campouts. I usually chuck the used papertowels and napkins in as well.
