So, my bluetooth headset died. I can connect and hear people talking but they can't hear me. The mic is obviously broken. I took it to the T-Mobile store and they had me call Plantronics (the manufacturer) for a replacement since it is still under a one year warranty. They require a number which is written in grey ink on the mic arm of the device and the ink has, over the period of 10 months, completely worn off. I'm getting the "sorry I can't replace it without that number" run around. So, if you need that number so badly to provide customer service, why did you manufacturer it with non-permanent ink?

Anyways, this frustration has only gone on for 2 days and I'm not completely pissed off yet - but I'm getting there. Don't hand me any handguns.
