Thanks everyone!

My coworkers bought me roses! That's never happened to me before. I'm so utterly flattered.

My wonderful husband couldn't wait and we had gift night last night. Have I mentioned that I love him eternally and he's the best and I don't deserve him? Seriously.

This is going to come out really corny but it's all true...

This is the best birthday yet, because I'm surrounded by wonderful people and wonderful things and all the comforts I could ever want. What else can one ask for their 30th birthday? Just sitting on the couch last night, I felt incredibly blessed and satisfied with where I'm at, even when looking both backwards and forwards.

<yells>You hear that, 15-year-old-me? I'm made it to twice your age and I'm much happier, and it seems things will continue to grow and life will become even more enjoyable. Don't even worry about it. I've got a vaguely-shaped future-me in my sights and she looks promising too. It's almost as if I can hear her shouting at me...

Thanks to all of you for your roles in my ever-expanding state of being.
