It'll be interesting to see what happens. As I heard it, the judge that gave the sentence put some pretty heavy restrictions, specifically saying it can't replaced with community service, house arrest, or any sort of alternative jail. I wasn't clear if that precluded any sort of minimum security "jail", but he definitely seemed to be making an effort to close off at least a good chunk of the options usually open to the wealthy.
