Okay, this is really really funny, but it might only be hilarious to me. I guess the Virginia department of real estate decided to come up with an "entertaining" way of teaching ethics to their members, so they came up with this "Ted Truitt" character to represent every bad agent stereotype that exists, and set up
this website as if it was "The Ted" trying to coach other agents. You take "The Tedst" (test) to see if you've "got what it takes" to do things Ted's way, and when you answer the questions or even hover over the answers, he does different things, including (if you pick the ethical answer) getting slime dumped on him - he even wallows in it a bit, haha.
Okay, maybe I'm the only one that finds it hilarious. But good on Virginia. If only boring subjects in school were taught that amusingly!
