As for your tunic, I'd recommend hitting a fabric store. You can get a pattern for something military-inspired, swank it up a bit, and make sure it fits you perfectly if you do it yourself. That is, if you know how to sew or if you're willing to learn. Check the Halloween books for patterns; surely someone wants to be a Marine for Halloween.
