Food, hopefully, I'm hungry!
By any chance (and I don't remember if you've said it before), are you vegetarian or vegan? I'm not, but I'm just asking so I can tailor my ideas, since I tend to end up eating vegetarian a lot. My main mealtime M.O. is transferring into grilled stuff. I think a little later today I'll be getting some grilled asparagus, which is one of my favorite grilled veggie of all time. Last week, I made a pretty awesome vegetarian minestrone, which ended up being really good cold... Thinking of cold, I also love gazpacho. Mm..
And whether you're a meat eater or veggies only, I have taken a liking to throwing small diced apples into pasta salads and putting the other flavors around that. You can add chicken or eggs, or whatever, and it all seems to blend pretty well.
