I'm vegetarian (but have no problem cooking vegan as long as the meal has some protein and I can have a bil 'ol piece of bread with it).
My wok seems to get a lot of use in the summer. I don't have a grill.
If anyone has a great gazpacho recipe, I am so ready for that. I've even got a brand new set of knives (my first good knives ever!), so I'd love anything that involves chopping lots of veggies right now.
