I liked my serving yogurt job. Of course, it was my first job, and I was happy to have that $2.65 an hour.
My "almost" weirdest job is one I didn't get. Twenty years or so ago, I interviewed in southern California for an executive assistant job to a star. The interviewer was a stressed out business manager, and the star, it turned out, was Zsa Zsa Gabor, whom I never got to meet. The interview was going well until it emerged that one of the duties was to follow Zsa Zsa into her stables while she gave orders. I mentioned my uncontrolled allergy to horses. He said he'd talk to her about it. I didn't get the job. The stables were the dealbreaker.
