From a diabetic point of view, I'd need the one cup serving which would be 30-ish grams of carbs, which is TWO serves (one serve of carb = 15g)
 
Make the eggs whites only, and cut out the toast, (or get low-carb alternative) and I can have the bacon and eggs, and I will.  Tomorrow.  Thanks for the inspiration.
