| I think E needs to break those down a bit between what's an obvious costume and what he wore in all, for want of a better word, seriousness.
 As for me, I don't think I bought into any horrible fashion trends as an adult.  As a child of the '70s, however, in terms of fabrics, colors and patterns, I generally went around looking like a professional bowler.  For some reason, hot pants were in style for little boys and, in lieu of a tie, I had at least one class portrait taken wearing a Charles Nelson Reilly neckerchief.
 
 Hair is arguably another matter.  Until about my sophomore year of college, I had hair that was a cross between Greg Brady and Bernie in Room 222.
