Yup that's it. The samples are with the truffle infused honey they have at Bristol Farms. I haven't tried it with just any ole honey so I'm not sure how much the affects the taste. They honey is pricy, I think $16 for a small jar but that will last you about 6-8 wedges of blue cheese. I'm on my second jar

They also have these really nice Australian crackers too.
