I assume you paid by credit card.


Drop the TV off at your nearest Circuit City. Rent a truck, if you have to. Take pictures of you delivering it there, if they won't give you a receipt or otherwise mark it as received by them.

Call your credit card company, tell them you've returned the item and will be disputing the charge, if Circuit City does not reverse it. They'll tell you you have to wait for the monthly statement where the charge appears. Do that. Dispute the charge in writing. Your credit card company will remove the charge (and bill Circuit City a nice fee for doing so).


Start Over - with a reputable electronics company.
