I do believe that I honestly surprised David. One of the things he told Boy was that I had organized everything on the 4th to make sure Dawn couldn't go. So, I said in front of the mediator, that I had already reassured his family that, when they had a family function and wanted both of their grandsons there, I have no problem with dropping Nick off and picking him up later, or that they could come get him any time. I went on to say that I had said this on numerous occasions. That goes against what he thought about the 4th. He looked stunned to find out that I had said anything like that to his family (which is why I made sure to say it).
He seems to have no backbone when Dawn isn't around. I find that funny. I am/was not a controlling spouse. Now he is stuck in a situation of his own making.
The court date is July 30th (my moms's 70th b-day). It will be interesting to see how he tries to slam me over finances. I just hope he has to pay me back child support from April.
