Huh... weird. Perhaps this relates to your el jay - that you feel something valuable which meant a lot to you (desired job) has been replaced with something unfamiliar and of lesser value, and you realizing the importance of not accepting the lesser item, and instead finding your way to the more valuable one, and wondering how to make it happen.
