Maybe they'll look more closely at the testing procedures and the possibility that the tests can be thrown off by things like extreme exertion, etc.
I want very much to believe him. I started reading his book, and he talks about how much he has been driven his whole life, and how he can focus when he wants to. It's quite possible he did it clean. He said that the bad day was the anomaly, not the amazing ride. He talks about how strong he is, stronger than a lot of the other riders. That happens when your training is 24,000 miles in a year.

Likely result? Lab defends their results, cycling says test doesn't matter, Floyd gets to race. Nobody really wins, but Floyd loses overall because he can't clear his name. He needs a sample to test that doesn't have the problems associated with this sample, and that's not possible. The lab screwed up but won't admit it; so if cycling throws out the result, the lab gets to continue the illusion that they did it right, and Floyd gets to race again.

I feel bad for him. It really stinks to be caught up in this. He's just trying to clear his name and to race again. It's all he's done, and he loves it. People who don't want him to win can't believe he did it clean, and with a bad hip. I can believe it.
