I'm only aware of their one 3 in 1, and it's Cake "flavored" so as far as I know they follow the Philosophy philosophy (sorry, had to say it like that.
)
I used to hate the idea of the food smelling body washes/perfumes (like Demeter stuff) but last year I wanted a 3 in 1 for my mission trip, so I grabbed a Philosophy, and I found that I never smelled it once I was out of the shower (and to my relief, since it was Margarita "flavored" I think, no one said, OMG, you smell like you've been drinking.)
Also, although I haven't used it, only smelled it....I think the Philosophy "Believe in Miracles" 3 in 1 doesn't smell like food....and the proceeds go to the Christopher Reeve Foundation.
