No offense to anyone here, but she's not light. She's talked about a desire to be healthier. And yet... isn't addressing the problem with slamming down 4 in the morning, every morning - not to mention any others she might drink throughout the day.
At least cutting back could help.
Plus, what all that cola does to teeth. Yikes! I've seen it!
She'd be cutting - what - 800 calories out of her day without the Coca-cola? At the end of the week, thats 5,600 calories... She'd be a lot healthier.
Not that I have a problem with drinking cola here and there, and I'm certainly no angel, but... yikes.

Tell her you have a friend whose stomach is being destroyed by Coca-Cola (my preciousssss) and that that friend had to stop drinking Coke entirely for a couple months after the stomach problem landed her in the ER, and in that time, lost like 10 or 15 pounds.
(You can leave out the part about being terrified to eat and avoiding anything greasy. Coke is delicious but bad bad stuff on the ol' tum tum.)
