Need some advice

GC i agree with you that's why i think it's an urgent matter and i will follow up with the office manager of the park cuz quite frankly no one is home during the day next door and if the manager needs to speak to them no one is at home thus nothin being done. And the dogs as of now were tied to a tree and not even proper rope leash etc. It's just a flimsy rope. I'm so tempted to do somethin to them but i know better than that.

I want to prevent something from happening and it scares me so much to even go outside now let alone walk the girlies (they're so small next to these dogs) and yes they aren't friendly either.

I mean they already damaged the door (they have it proped up with some wood and a crutch etc) looks horrible brings down the value of the whole park really. I need to go and look at the exact rules if there are any regarding sizes of pets too cuz they could quite frankly be out of line right there...
