Um, because I accidentally looked at August upon which the full moon DOES fall on the 28th and which also happens to be a Tuesday. Yeah, I'm an idiot.
I have the July full moon listed at 12:48 a.m. on Monday, 7/30. Our group got together Tuesday for full moon due to scheduling conflicts (yeah, we aren't always dead-on with this stuff).
