19th eh? Hmm... that should be enough time to throw a skirt together. (Last year's outfit apparently wasn't goth enough, so this year I'm thinking something along the lines of a bustle skirt in black. Or at least a long black skirt with way too much gathering in the back Never know what I can get through the front gates, after all.
