That's my philosophy and my pat response any time someone bugs me about it is, "It's my personal policy not to discuss it either way." But there are a handful of people in my extended department that constantly convince themselves to be poorly done for and insist on bitching to me about it. No one's gone into specifics, but they make it known whether they're pleased with their review results or not (while regularly ignoring advice on how to benefit themselves by doing what it takes to make their work visible to the decision makers). The people who do that tend to be the habitual job-hoppers, which is a common species in my niche-tech industry.
