Stupid job. I hate writing up procedures. Especially for something as basic as "fill in the appropriate fields in the data entry form." What specific information pieces are required? Well, look at the form. See those labeled boxes? That's the info needed. How is this complicated enough to merit detailed procedures?
If I never hear the phrase "process improvement" again it will be too soon.
