Yes, sometimes I think our brains *do* turn to mush when we deal with a phone. I don't like the people who *have* to answer a phone if it rings, even if they have a real live person they're talking to. If it's an important call, then maybe, but please respect the fact that you have a guest. My mom gets aggravated by the people at her work who have to call somebody, anybody, the second they get off work. Must be on the phone!!!! It's weird.
