Ah ha... you'd think that would be the answer, right?

When I double checked for my date a couple of months ago, I asked if I could do that and set it up so it ends then - they said "no."

Also, I realize that my billing began the day before I could end my contract, so the sneaky bastards have me caught for another month, even if they could have done it for me automatically. I would check into your contract end date and your billing cycle date to see if they have you in the same corner.

I don't know why they wouldn't prorate me. Verizon prorated my grandma's cell phone.... BJDkf shfdkahj!!!
