Probably Spartacus simply because I've never seen it on the big screen and it is a big screen movie. I'll be un-PC and say I'd almost prefer not seeing Kirk Douglas though. His recovery since his strokes is remarkable and inspiring but I get very uncomfortable watching how other people react to him, not so much as a person but like a precocious child. And that makes me sad.
No interest in The Birds (rare Hitchcock that I simply don't like), The Sound of Music (seeing it once is enough for me), Star Wars (I suspect I'll go the rest of my life never seeing this again; I'd be mostly burned out on it even without the abomination the industry has become), When Harry Met Sally (loved it but don't think it ages well).
Second place would probably go to Unforgiven, third to Shawshank, and fourth to Bonnie & Clyde.
