It's a rental condo that we're trying to qualify for. But, they're having issues with my being self-employed with no tax return on file yet, since it's been less than a year. So, they still haven't made a decision, even though I gave them 6 months of bank statements to show there's been income.
The owners are being very anal retentive.
We won't be buying a house for a couple years yet, once the market is better.
The place is great though - seriously much better than I imagined, and just
one section of the patio is 10'x50', there's also a 10'x10' area and a 20'x20' porch area, all connected. It's also very secluded. I don't really want to post the pics, because the place looked like swiss cheese when I saw it, since they just finished up replacing the pipes and hadn't put the ceiling and walls back together, and there was scrap crap everywhere. It was quite the obstacle course, but thankfully, I could get the gist of how it's going to look. And, it couldn't be more perfect.
It's just annoying playing this waiting game.
