My Sprint phone
Took my ppc-6700 into the Sprint store yesterday because it kept shutting off. Was told that I was 3 software updates behind, and that I should go home and update the phone online. Did so today.
It completely reset my phone to factory settings! I have no contacts list anymore! I am pissed!
Customer service estimated a 20 minute wait to speak to an operator.
I hate Sprint.
