Well, looks like I'll finally be getting my check that was due 3 months ago from that stupid network. I called again today, and all of a sudden, they're calling it in for processing, probably since I finally just said, "Hi. I need to get your full address for the small claims court paperwork, please." I should have said that 8 weeks ago!
