Here we are on Tuesday, and I'm still in pain. I've progressed some. Yesterday, certain muscles flat out didn't work. Now, I'm able to walk about 98% normally, but still with a good amount of pain.
This is soooooooo me. It was like Sheila gave me a hug and that signaled to my body that it could stop trying. I am surprised most about my outside ankles and feet. What freaky muscles to notice, while my "butt muscle" (which was killing at the end) is, and has been fine. i could say that my Yoga has helped, but I think my 3 flus got rid of any of that benefit.

I'm STILL walking like Charles Bukowski.
