Pardon my ignorance, but I had no idea that kangaroo was meat commonly consumed. I read
this article about global warming, and learned that "Roughly three million kangaroos are killed and harvested for meat each year". I had no idea.
Has anyone here ever had kangaroo meat? What's it like? Don't tell me it tastes like chicken. I might have to see if I can find some kangaroo meat on the internet and have it shipped to me so I can try it.
