What I'm doing right now:
Sitting at the old place, because I showed up at the new one, and could hear a band saw buzzing, and the lights on. I walked around the corner, and found the construction foreman on our porch, cutting some of the flooring, with crap littered all over. I poked my head inside, and the washer/dryer are still sitting in the box in the dining room, the blinds are still sitting next to the windows, the kitchen light panels are still missing, and the cleaning lady was confined to the kitchen, just trying to keep the sawdust wiped off the counters. The place is a disaster.
The foreman said, "Come back in two hours, and we'll be finished." I took a look around and replied, "I'll be back after six tonight. I can't keep wasting my time like this. And, that doesn't mean slow down, because you're going to need all six hours to finish."
