Round Steak Casserole
Oven: 375°
3 medium or 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
½ cup green pepper, diced
1 lbs round steak, cut in 1 inch squares
1 cup beef gravy
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Arrange half the potatoes, onions, and peppers in bottom of a large casserole dish. Layer steak on top, followed by remaining vegetables. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over casserole. Bake for 2 hours
