Is that part of the Guiness ad? I usually don't watch commericials thanks to my TiVo, but the voice over girl for Pardon the Interruption (who has one of the most annoying voices IMO) always says "Brilliant!" in her annoying voice after the "Brought to you by Guiness" part. "Annoying!"
