The Proud Bird when I was calling on clients in the area. Not sure if it is still as good - it has been many years since I have been there.
Another, similar, restaurant is
94th Aero Squadron at the Van Nuys Airport.
In looking at these restaurants' sites, I am amazed at how many of the
Southern California restaurants of this company's that I have eaten at. All but three in California (and one of those three is in Berkeley).
(BTW: my dad is an aviation buff - hence the attraction for these.)
