If he truly loved you he would not be telling you that he still loves you. He would want you to move on and truly be a strong independant woman. He wouldn't play this "I still love you and maybe we'll be back together" game. He's playing games with you with hopes you will wait for him to come back, but he'll only come back if he can't find someone he thinks is better.
One of the biggest mistakes I made when I was younger was waiting on a guy and not living my life for me. It got me nowhere but heartache. Move on with your life, move down here if thats what your plans were. Go to school, work, whatever it is you want to do. Date when you're ready. But please don't wait around because he tells you that he loves you and one day you may be back together. Because while you may be back together one day, you may not ever get back together. Do you really want to have wasted any of your life waiting for him if he doesn't come back? And really, after the pain and heartache hes inflicted on you, do you really want him back?
