I was so-so on the bisque, but the Creole Onion saw a pleasantly surprising return to it's days of bayou greatness, and the Gumbo is always fantastic.
When all is said and done, it's the 3-and-1/2-hour dinners with friends that I cherish among all wonderful things on earch ... so with an 85% food success rate (
pretty low for the Jazz Kitchen) and a 106% friends pleasure rate, I consider the dining experience of Swank Christmas to be one of the best Gifts of the Season.
Merry Christmas, Swankers.
