Great show, even if we missed Spock - if you can see it tomorrow (closing day) go for it. We picked up the catalog which is filled with some extra.

I loved the collection of cultural artifacts of this exhibit, art, architecture, music, record albums, film clips - it really captured the era. Happy surprises for me were seeing the influence of California in this time period as a place of aesthetic innovation. Also, Hugh Hefner's Playboy's Penthouse TV show that aired in the late 50's was something I never knew existed (and apparently not available in many markets because of his mixed race guests).

It's been years since we've been to Newport Harbor - uh Orange County Museum of Art, gotta keep an eye on this venue in the future.

Oh, and Disney Hat's off to Ward Kimble who is also featured in the exhibit with Toot, Whistle, Plunk, and Boom.
